Enter your 12-digit account number in the "Account Number" field. You can find your account number in your email or on your bill.
THEN Verify your account with any of the 3 options in the "Verify Account For" drop down. Choose the postal code, telephone number or email address that is asscociated with your account.
Note: The verification option you choose must match what we have in our system to move forward successfully. An error message will display if the account cannot be verified.
After verifying your account, you will be directed to create a unique username and password for your online account. Please make sure that you choose a username that is not the same as your email address.
A "Your account has been created successfully" message will appear at the top of the screen.
Enter your new username and password on the "Current User" tab on the main login page to access your online account.
